DIY Healthy Bakery Project

Teal and Brown Illustrated Sea Creatures Checklist List-4.png

Do you miss settling into a coffee shop for a morning of work and picking out a pastry to pair with coffee, or grabbing a fresh chocolate chip cookie from a bakery after a long day of work? If so, I have good news for you.

Over the new two weeks, I will show you how to create an at-home bakery experience. Even better, the recipes I share will all require the same nourishing ingredients. If you stock up on a few ingredients and pastry staples (listed below), you will learn to bake flavorful scones, yummy chocolate chip cookies, chewy blondies, and savory bread. I have even added all the ingredients (with the exception of eggs and fruit) to an Amazon list, so you can easily just add to cart and order today!

A Few Notes on the Ingredient List:

  • Sweeteners:

    • If you are following a low-carb, low-glycemic, or Keto lifestyle, you can bake with a granulated Monkfruit blend. If you are Paleo or want to stick with a very natural approach to sweetening your baked goods, use maple syrup!

  • Coconut Oil:

    • I have included links to both refined and unrefined coconut oil in the Amazon list. Both work great, but refined will give you a more neutral flavor. If you don’t like the taste of coconut, choose refined.
